Christopher J. York, CEO, InfuScience

Mr. York brings more than 21 years of health care experience, mostly in the home infusion industry. Recently Mr. York was CEO and Board Member of Critical Care Systems (CCS) where he led a recapitalization and a successful growth plan of the company. During his tenure at CCS net revenue of the company tripled to over $100 million annually and cash flows also increased four times during that time period.

Before joining Critical Care Systems, Mr. York was CEO and President of Gateway Homecare Corporation, a home respiratory / DME organization where he oversaw the turnaround efforts to improve the company’s operations and profitability. Previously, Mr. York held various positions for Coram Healthcare Corporation and became Chief Operating Officer for the day to day operations of the company’s Western U.S. locations and partnerships. Prior to Coram, Mr. York has more than 13 years of sales and management experience in the alternate site industry.

Mr. York holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Bryan C. Cressey, Cressey and Compnay

Mr. Cressey is a Partner responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and oversight of portfolio companies. Prior to C&C, Bryan co-founded TCB in 1998. Previously, he was one of the founders of the firm that became GTCR. He began his career with First Chicago Equity Group, where he helped pioneer the buy-and-build investment strategy. Bryan's leadership has been recognized by Fortune and Time magazines, and his particular expertise in the healthcare services field is widely acknowledged.

Bryan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from the University of Washington. He is also a member of the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame.

David M. Schuppan, Cressey and Company

David is a Principal responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and oversight of portfolio companies. David has been working with the C&C team since 1999 when he joined TCB as an Associate. David rejoined the firm in 2004 after receiving his MBA. David also has been a Summer Associate with the restructuring firm Miller Buckfire Lewis Ying & Co. and an Analyst in the healthcare investment banking group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.

David earned an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS, summa cum laude, from Indiana University.

Barry C. Cosgrove, Private Investor

Mr. Cosgrove is a businessman, attorney and charitable director who, for the past 20 years, has founded and led public and private enterprises. Mr. Cosgrove was a founder of DaVita, Inc. (NYSE: DVA), the world’s largest independent operator of renal dialysis facilities. From 1994 until September 2000, Mr. Cosgrove served in various senior executive positions with DaVita, including Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and was primarily responsible for acquisitions that fueled DaVita’s growth. Prior to joining DaVita, Mr. Cosgrove served as Executive Vice President of Total Pharmaceutical Care, Inc., until its sale in late 1993 to Apria Healthcare. Prior to 1993 was a senior executive with McGaw Labs in Irvine, California. Currently, Mr. Cosgrove is President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Blackmore Partners, a private equity and holding company. Mr. Cosgrove serves as a member of the National Assembly of Board Members of the Alzheimer’s Association.
